We want you to be fully satisfied with your Grant Stone footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure boots or shoes are tried on only on carpeted surfaces to avoid scratching the outsoles.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn footwear back into its original packaging, including the flannel shoe bags and any accessories that were included in the box.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, affix it to the shipping box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in like-new condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
